About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Logistics Operation Specialist to manage and optimize end-to-end e-commerce logistics operations across multiple countries.
This role covers warehouse coordination, last-mile performance management, carrier relations, KPI tracking, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, and comfortable managing high-volume international operations in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Location – Central Warehouse in Istočno Sarajevo (Emerika Bluma 7).
With Us, You Will Be Responsible
- Monitor daily e-commerce logistics operations, including outbound shipments and last-mile delivery performance
- Manage carrier and 3PL performance based on defined SLAs and KPIs
- Track on-time delivery, fulfillment rate, first-attempt delivery success, return ratio, and claim rate
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational disruptions, delayed shipments, lost parcels, and customer complaints
- Follow up undelivered shipments and coordinate redelivery or return processes
- Ensure accurate shipment data, address validation, and system alignment between warehouse and carriers
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics processes
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational performance reports
- Monitor shipping costs, claim costs, and logistics OPEX
- Identify cost optimization and efficiency improvement opportunities
- Collaborate closely with IT, Finance, Customer Experience, and international teams
- Proactively identify operational risks and implement corrective actions
The candidate we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce logistics operations
- Hands-on experience in carrier and 3PL management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and last-mile delivery processes
- Experience in KPI tracking, SLA management, and performance reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting)
- Experience with WMS / OMS / ERP systems is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple countries and stakeholders
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar) is an advantage
- Interest in AI-driven analytics and process automation is an advantage
- Fluent in English
